Getting started
Initial consultation
15-20 minutes
Initial “meet and greet” 15-20 minute appointment is free. Please read the “About” and “FAQ” pages before scheduling. This appointment is to determine if my practice is a good match for your healthcare needs. No medical advice will be provided during this appointment.
First medical visit
90 minutes
Scheduled for 90 minutes. Once you decide to join, the first medical visit can be scheduled after completing your questionnaires. We will review your medical and life history and, by the end of the visit, plan any labs and/or other tests necessary for initial recommendations, and schedule a follow-up visit. Registration fee equal to 3 monthly payments due before this first visit (covers first, second, and last month of membership).

Membership pricing is based on age of member.
Under 30 $125/month
30-64 $195/month
Over 65 $395/month
Additional immediate family members 25% off.
If patient cancels membership, a re-enrollment fee of $350 is due in addition to regular fees. The goal is to have a long-term relationship.
